If your order hasn't been despatched yet, we may be able to cancel it for you. You can then reorder to the correct address.
If you've received a despatch confirmation, or the latest tracking shows the parcel is on its way, it's too late for us to cancel the order. You still have other options though, so please get in touch.
- We may be able to redirect your parcel - please be aware that this may delay your delivery by up to 48 hours.
- If the parcel cannot be redirected, we can contact the carrier to attempt to stop the delivery and have it returned to us.
- You can also click the link in your despatch confirmation and request for your parcel to be left in a safe place.
