We understand that due to a variety of reasons, falling behind on your repayments can happen.
Our commitment is that we will work with you to try to find a way to help make your repayments a little more manageable. If you are in arrears, or worried that you soon might fall behind on repayments, talk to us.
It is important that you get in contact with us as early as possible if you are concerned. This will give us both the best chance to work together on a solution.

If you feel you are unable to meet your repayments, please contact us on 01 8300 600 (Option 4) or by emailing financial.difficulties@oxendales.ie where we have a team of financial advisors available to assist you.
The attached Statement of Means, which you can find below, will give us a better understanding of your current financial situation and allow us to better assist you at this time. This can also be completed and submitted along with your repayment proposal to financial.difficulties@oxendales.ie
MABS
We understand these are difficult times. If you feel you may need further assistance you may wish to contact the Money Advice & Budgeting Service (MABS) on 0761072000 or www.mabs.ie It's a national, free, confidential and independent service for people in debt or in financial difficulty.
CMOS
Customers who are in arrears who have not engaged with us in relation to missed payments may be referred to CMOS (Credit Management Outsource Solutions). CMOS staff are fully trained agents who are available to negotiate a repayment plan once you have been referred to them. CMOS can be contacted on 01 5547894.
WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REPAYMENTS ON YOUR CREDIT AGREEMENT, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL GO INTO ARREARS. THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR CREDIT RATING, WHICH MAY LIMIT YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS CREDIT IN THE FUTURE.
