This will come from our security partner and verification platform, Mitek.
Please rest assured that this request is genuine and has been sent on our behalf.
Receiving a request from Mitek
We will send you a link via email/text message with a request to provide us with certain documentation, so we can prove it's really you:
- A 'selfie' (photo of yourself)
- Proof of address –a utility bill, bank statement or revenue document dated within 6 months
AND one of the following:
- A photo of your passport, open to the page with your passport picture
- A photo of your driving license
- Proof of address
Please ensure that:
- Your photo is clear and not in any way distorted
- The text on your passport / driving license / proof of address documentation is clearly legible
- The text on your proof of address is clearly legible
It doesn't matter if your passport and/or driving license have expired; you can still use them for this verification.
Your photo will only be used for the purpose of your application. It will be stored in line with our privacy policy
If the link in your message has expired (it's valid for 5 days), you'll need to start a new credit application with us and order your items again.
Please make sure the documents you use exactly match the information you enter in your application.
