PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note inside the parcel with a brief explanation of why you're returning the goods. Make sure you include your customer number - this will be in the format E1234567.
REPACKAGE YOUR GOODS SECURELY
Reuse the original packaging, if you still have it, or pop your items in something sealable and waterproof.
ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL TO THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PARCEL
There'll be a label on your advice note.

Just go to your nearest Parcel Connect location to drop your parcel off.
No return label? You can print one from the Parcel Connect website.
An Post
You can use this option to return clothing (including footwear & accessories), homeware, small electrical appliances, or furniture if it was originally delivered by this carrier.
Just go to your nearest Post Office to drop your parcel off.
No return label? Don't worry! You can print one from the An Post website. They also offer a label-free collection service from your home or other chosen location.
Fastway
You can use this option to return clothing (including footwear & accessories), homeware, small electrical appliances, or furniture if it was originally delivered by this carrier.
If you'd like your parcel to be picked up by a Fastway courier, please contact us.
